Thank you for choosing Turnkey Rocket for your Shopify store needs. Our team is committed to providing high-quality premade and custom Shopify store creation services to our clients. However, we understand that there may be instances where a client is not satisfied with our services. In these cases, we offer a limited time window for clients to request a refund – until the mockups have been approved.
Once mockups have been approved, no refunds will be given under any circumstances. This includes instances where the project is not completed to the client’s specifications or if the project is delayed due to lack of communication from the client.
Please note that creating Shopify stores require significant resources and time, and incur internal expenses. As a result, any payments or deposits made for these services are non-refundable. This includes custom Shopify store projects and premade Shopify store purchases.
If a client cancels a project, delays it, or postpones it, any amount already paid will be retained by Turnkey Rocket. In addition, the client may be responsible for paying any additional costs incurred for work completed beyond what was already paid for.
All payments for our services are processed through PayPal. By purchasing a Shopify store from Turnkey Rocket, you agree to pay the full price of the store as indicated on our website. Payment is due in full before we begin creating your store. Once payment is received, we will begin the process of creating your store. If payment is not received within seven (7) business days of the order being placed, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
